When you sign up for our email list, we collect your email address and your selected content interests (stocks, crypto, undervalued). If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects billing information on our behalf — we do not store your credit card number. We may also collect your name if you voluntarily provide it. We do not collect phone numbers, Social Security numbers, or brokerage account credentials.
Your email address is used to: (a) send you watchlist recaps and market research you opted into; (b) send product updates and service announcements; (c) deliver your paid subscription content if applicable. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for their marketing purposes.
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (page views, referral sources, approximate location, device type). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers; the data it collects is processed by Google under Google's own privacy policy. You can opt out using browser settings or Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Visitors in the EU, EEA, and UK are shown a cookie consent banner and analytics only loads after you accept; visitors elsewhere may have analytics load by default, consistent with local law.
We also use your browser's local storage for functional (non-tracking) purposes: remembering your language preference and, for paid members, a membership verification token so you stay signed in on this device. Clearing your browser data removes these. Third-party embeds (YouTube, Telegram) and affiliate link destinations may set their own cookies when you interact with them, governed by their respective privacy policies.
Email signups are stored securely. We do not store passwords or financial account information. We do not have access to your brokerage, exchange, or banking accounts. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We use the following third-party services that may process your data: Stripe (payments), Gmail (email delivery), GitHub (data storage), Netlify (site hosting), Cloudflare (API and CDN), and Telegram (alerts). Each operates under their own privacy policy. Our site and content contain affiliate links to financial services — when you click these links, the third party may collect data according to their own privacy policy. We receive referral credit but do not receive any of your personal data from these services.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, contact us and we will promptly delete it.
We may update this policy as our service evolves. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
