Paid memberships are licensed to a single individual: sharing your member access, verification email, or access tokens, or posting member-only content (including screenshots or data exports) publicly, is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.

Billing. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. Prices shown at checkout are in USD.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Stripe billing portal or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. We do not prorate partial months.
Refunds. Because digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase, paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error or experience a technical issue that prevents access, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion.
Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can resolve any billing issues quickly.
If you have a dispute with Top 5 Stocks, you agree to first contact us at top5stocksdaily@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating any legal proceeding. YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS OR DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS PART OF ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Top 5 Stocks. Any claims must be brought within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
