You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Top 5 Stocks, its operators, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or any investment decisions you make based on our content.
Top 5 Stocks owns its original analysis, selection and presentation of data, written and visual content, software, and branding. Underlying market facts and third-party data remain subject to their respective owners' rights. You may not republish, redistribute, scrape, or resell our protected content or licensed API feed without prior written consent. You may save one copy for personal, non-commercial use. Paid memberships are licensed to a single individual: sharing member access, verification emails, access tokens, or member-only content publicly is prohibited and may result in termination.

Our site and content contain affiliate links to third-party financial services. We may earn a commission when you sign up or transact through these links. Affiliate relationships do not influence our watchlist rankings or algorithmic selections. See our Disclaimer for full affiliate disclosure.
Billing. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. Prices shown at checkout are in USD.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time using the manage-subscription link provided by Stripe or by emailing top5stocksdaily@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then. Partial months are not prorated.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Your first paid subscription charge is eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund within 7 days of that first payment using the authenticated self-serve option on the Members page for site memberships, or by emailing us for an API subscription. The guarantee applies once per customer and covers the first charge of the first subscription only. When a refund is issued, that subscription is cancelled and its access ends immediately.
Other refunds. Outside the 7-day guarantee, renewal charges are non-refundable because digital content is delivered immediately. If you believe you were charged in error or a technical issue prevented access, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case. We reserve the right to issue additional refunds or credits at our sole discretion.
Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can resolve any billing issues quickly.
If you have a dispute with Top 5 Stocks, you agree to first contact us at top5stocksdaily@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating any legal proceeding. YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS OR DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS PART OF ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Top 5 Stocks. Any claims must be brought within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will provide any notice required by applicable law before a material change to subscription price, renewal, cancellation, or other recurring-payment terms takes effect. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date; if you do not agree, you may stop using the service and cancel before the change takes effect.
